1. About the service

StreamFan is an independent community platform for creators and fans. It provides public profiles, posts, polls, schedules, chat and notifications. Live broadcasts remain on their source platforms. StreamFan is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch, YouTube or Kick.

These draft terms describe the intended relationship between the operator and users. Final operator details, effective date and any jurisdiction-specific consumer provisions require review before the service launches.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must meet the minimum age displayed during registration and be able to enter a valid agreement under the rules that apply to you. StreamFan is not designed for children. Do not misrepresent your age or create accounts for people who are not eligible.

Provide accurate account information, keep your email accessible, protect your password and report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Do not share credentials or sell accounts. We may require email verification or additional checks when needed to protect the service.

3. Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the content you create. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish text, images, links and other material, including permission from identifiable people when required.

By publishing content, you grant the operator a non-exclusive license to store, process, display and deliver that content as needed to operate StreamFan, including creating technical image variants and sending notifications you request. This license is limited to operating and maintaining the service and ends when the relevant content is deleted, subject to backups, legal obligations and copies already lawfully shared by others.

Choose content visibility carefully. Public profiles and posts may be indexed by search engines and viewed without an account. Followers-only content is restricted by the service but recipients may still copy or share what they see.

4. Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, scam or impersonate others; publish illegal content or private personal information; distribute malware; spam; evade moderation; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.

Do not manipulate votes, follows, analytics or reports. Do not scrape or automate access in a way that bypasses security, violates others' privacy or disrupts the service. We may apply reasonable technical limits and abuse protections.

5. Creator communities and integrations

Creators may set additional community rules and appoint moderators for their own communities. Those rules must comply with StreamFan's global rules. Creator moderators do not gain authority over unrelated communities.

Connecting an external platform authorizes the access shown in that platform's consent screen. You may disconnect at any time. External platforms have their own terms, availability and privacy practices. Live status, viewer counts and delivery of alerts depend on their APIs and may be delayed or unavailable.

6. Reporting, moderation and appeals

Use Report on content that may violate our rules or the law. Reports are reviewed and may result in removal, restrictions, timeouts, suspension, a ban or other proportionate action. We may act urgently to protect people, comply with law or preserve evidence.

When appropriate, we will explain a moderation decision and offer a way to request review through Support. We may withhold information where disclosure would expose another person, reveal abuse detection methods or conflict with a legal obligation. Knowingly false or abusive reporting may itself lead to restrictions.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep StreamFan reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or guaranteed notification delivery. Maintenance, provider outages and security incidents may affect service. Features may change as the product develops.

Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel. Where required, we will request renewed acceptance. You may stop using the service and request deletion if you do not accept revised terms.

8. Ending your use and deleting data

You can stop using StreamFan at any time. Settings provides account export and deletion. Deletion removes or anonymizes associated personal data through a managed process, revokes sessions and disconnects integrations. Some records may be retained when required by law, necessary for unresolved disputes or needed for documented security purposes.

If access is suspended, you may contact Support about export, deletion or an appeal. Deleting the Android app alone does not delete your account.

9. Responsibility and applicable rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer and data protection rights. Any final limitations of liability, governing law and dispute procedures must be reviewed for the operator's jurisdiction before publication.
